We move through three progressive areas of embodied practice designed to help you feel, name, and express energetic connection:

Introduce gentle movement and subtle contrast to expand energy and invite flow without overwhelming or losing connection.
You’ll leave with tools to tune into your own energetic signals, to connect more confidently with others, and to bring more spaciousness and skill to any touch-based exchange – whether in rope, in kink, or in everyday life.
